Completely unreliable - DO NOT USE THEM.
Poor signage makes it hard to locate. Younger guy was pretty awesome though loading my dishwasher, by himself, with no dolly. Git'er done!
Very disappointed in this Transportation service - commitment was to deliver Friday, they were providing Saturday deliver due to their over commitment. Now they have cancelled and moving again.
Now on Tuesday 3/24, they want to reschedule again. This is very disappointing.
Sole Treadmill has the home inside delivery set up with them for me. The treadmill is already arrived (on 3/17) at their Solon location which is less than 10 mins from my home but they cannot set-up delivery till 3/25. On top of that, they can give you the 4 hr window for delivery the day before (not now) on any time of the day. You have no option to choose even morning or afternoon between (9-5), So they expect you to stay home all day!!
I am so pleased by the management staff. Eric assisted me in more ways than one, by accomadting my busy schedule, in order to ensure delivery. Furthermore, the delivery team was excellent. Thank you JB Hunt!
