I can’t think of a better way to start the weekend. If I could, I would go to barre3 Solon every single morning and start my day with this amazing staff. I’ve tried so many different forms of exercise, this is the only one that gives me a massive endorphin rush. And it lasts the entire day.
The class was great! Very engaging and welcoming, but also a whole body workout. Would definitely go back again!

Vicki and her team are highly motivating. I've tried several different barre classes throughout the years, but Barre 3 is the only one I want to keep going back to, because of the variety of the workouts and the positive energy the instructors. It's also very clean and their daycare is wonderful.
I absolutely recommend Barre3 Solon to anyone looking for a workout that strengthens your entire mind and body. There are days when I feel like a rockstar (and I take advantage of the instructors tips to "level up") and days when it's a miracle I've even made it into the studio and I need to take it a little easy. What's great about Barre3, is that there's a place for everyone; whether you're a rockstar that day, not feeling so hot, Barre3 veteran or newbie.. you can be sure the instructors will help you make it work for you and your body. The workouts are tough and for me they've done amazing things for the way I look and actually FEEL about my own body when I look in the mirror (isn't feeling good about yourself the most important part?!). Vicki and the entire Solon team are amazing, genuinely kind, and SO FUN! It truly does feel like a community and I'm so thankful to be apart of it!
