The best part was the card on the mirror showing what was cleaned and by who? The van was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. I was picked up right on time. Everything was great. One thing that could make my experience even better if another van that I was interested in was clean in the lot. Unfortunately I could not rent that van. That was a minor issue though.
The staff was friendly and professional. I called in to reserve a car earlier in the day, and it was a very quick and easy process to do so. The only negative about my experience was that I was told I had a Nissan Altima reserved that would be waiting for me to pick up at 3pm. When I arrived at 3, I was told the Altimas sitting there were not available and I was given a minivan instead. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to get the car I was offered. Overall, I would still highly recommend this location and staff.
This is a local Enterprise location in our town so we use them when we need a minivan to move a piece of furniture etc. Everyone here are extremely friendly and not not pushy at all -- they don't try to sell you extra insurance or tank of gas or an upgrade. Their cars are very new and in excellent shape.
Price and customer service was great. But the car was dirty inside and out.
I have rented cars from this location for over 5 years. The current team and the previous teams at this location have always been professional and attentive. I have NEVER had a bad experience. They know me by name, and take extra steps to assure my satisfaction. Great Company and a Great Team.
