Where were these professional car dealers when I was hustling to buy a car from them. Made me feel profiled against, disrespected and like a burden.........
Jaguar service is absolutely horrible, it has been the worst car owning experience I have ever had, so much so that I would rather own a Kia before ever buying another jaguar vehicle. How anyone can explain a luxury car dealership having such poor low standards of customer care is beyond me. They should be ashamed of themselves..oh and btw what dealership doesn't even call you back when you OFFER TO BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY...just jaguar!! Needless to say I am turning my car in for a Mercedes -HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING JAGUAR/LANDROVER YOU WILL REGRET IT
