I had last minute appointments and got in with Kristin and adored her. She did a great job with my wash and style. Would recommend her and Ashley! Definitely will be back.
Have started seeing Ashley for my cut and color services here and she is by far one of the best! Extremely professional, resourceful, knowledgeable, realistic and so talented! She always has great advice for your hair and really knows what she is doing. Very played with my balayage and cut! I am so glad that I switched stylists and have found her! Always look forward to my appointments with her! Absolutely worth every penny! Highly recommend this place and ask for Ashley!
The first time I went to the Solon location Sara did a good job, it was a good start for the color that I have been wanting. I expected the second visit to give me more of what I was expecting understand that it is difficult to lighten hair. Second visit.... I told Sara we were on the right track, I liked the colors she choose except for some of the red tones around my face. I said I didn't mind the red on the sides and back but didn't want it so predominat around my face. I asked for the bright Blond color "patch" that I had in the back of my head from the first visit, to be that same blond now brought to the front and sides, and that would be great. Well... 5 hours later....... upon the first hair shampoo and toner, Sara noticed my hair turned orange she suggested we fix this right away. Grateful to her for noticing, (because I had) I agreed. I won't bore you with details but The end result ended up terrible! My questions is.... How is it that I was able to attain the tones I wanted the first time, but not the second time. This time My hair turned Very dark..almost black, as the base color became the predominant color and it was mixed with an awful ash blond that took on green tones. I was not happy. Sara tried to fix this too. The product used was blamed for the outcome of terrible color. ..... but after coming home (and being very upset,) I started to think trying to understand how could it be the product when I had the right color the first time! I think it was the application..... maybe the mixture ratio? The way Sara laid the color? I ended up with large chunks of color of ash blond with large chunks of very dark brown almost black and it looks completely fake. Sara even asked me before we started if I wanted a "natural look to the color" I said yes and got the complete opposite. When I got home, my husband asked what happened! My hair is so dark ......when I was going for blond! My sweet husband said, it's ok... " You are still beautiful when you smile" ... so sweet of him to say that but.... it's kinda hard to smile. I ended up with a completely different hair color I wanted and now I have to start all over again. I asked Sara if she thought we could fix this at the next appointment and she said she didn't think she could because of the product. She basically told me not to come back. I paid for the service, and left a small tip, unlike the large tip I had left after the first visit. Why is it so difficult to get a bright blond, not yellow or red blond, but bright blond hair..?
Love Veronica!!! She does such a great job on my hair! Wether it is a trim, color or highlighting. She has done my hair for years and even the other stylist are great and professional and personable.
Ashley did a great job again ,blending my highlights and lowlights and color in my hair. I'm very happy and will go back again !!
